Start by thinking about what you want to power and for how long. A small portable station (under 1,000Wh) works well for charging phones, laptops, and running a few lights. For running a fridge, a CPAP machine, or keeping your home essentials going during an outage, you'll want something in the 2,000Wh to 4,000Wh range. If you need help, you can also reach out to us and we'll help you size a system.
Most of our products ship directly from the manufacturer's warehouse or from authorized distribution centers within the United States. This means you're getting the same product with the same manufacturer support as if you bought it directly from the brand.
Most orders ship within 1 to 3 business days. Smaller items like filters, tools, and accessories typically arrive within 3 to 7 business days. Larger items like power stations and solar panels may take 5 to 10 business days depending on your location. You'll receive a tracking number by email once your order ships.
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. Items must be in their original packaging and unused condition. Once we receive the return, refunds are processed within 5 to 7 business days. If your item arrived damaged or defective, contact us and we'll make it right. Full details are on our Returns page.
The products we carry come from established manufacturers, and warranty coverage is listed on each product page. If you have a warranty question about a specific item before purchasing, reach out to us and we'll get you the details.
If your order hasn't shipped yet, we can usually make changes or cancel it. Just contact us as soon as possible. Once an order has shipped, it would need to go through our standard return process.
